By accessing or using Kermeza (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Kermeza is an online marketplace connecting customers planning events with independent vendors providing event-related services. Kermeza facilitates bookings and payments but is not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Kermeza collects a platform fee on each completed transaction. Deposits are collected at booking confirmation. Remaining balances are collected prior to the event date. All fees are disclosed before payment is processed.
Cancellation and refund terms are determined by individual vendors and disclosed on their profile. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Stripe's standard refund processing times apply.
Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Kermeza. Vendors are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services, for maintaining required licenses and insurance, and for complying with applicable laws.
You may not use the Platform to engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; circumvent the Platform's payment system; or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kermeza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kermeza operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
